The Manhattan House

Challenge: Concept and design for new condominiums at The Manhattan House in the Lenox Hill neighborhood of New York City. These condos would feature larger than usual apartment square footage, a health and wellness center, and the convenience of location. ​Solution: My concept was an escape to the center of the city. I designed the logo, determined the photography direction and overall design direction for the brand. *The use of the leaf repeatedly was purposely done to reinforce the brand identity.
